About Us

In early 2014 the Crumlin Mental Health Services (HSE), Gateway Mental Health Association and the Dublin 12 Local Drug & Alcohol Task Force met to explore scope for collaboration at a community level to address mental health support needs arising in Dublin 12.

On the 26th of November 2014, eight local statutory, community and voluntary organisations got together to identify and find solutions to the gaps in mental health service provision in Dublin 12. This led to the establishment of the D12 Community Mental Health Forum, which aims to promote positive mental health and advance recovery in the local community through a collaborative approach.

Member organisations include:

  • Walkinstown Greenhills Resource Centre
  • Addiction Response Crumlin (ARC)
